Hi, I'm Darryl Meredith, welcome to my blog.
I am a Professional Photographer, having completed 2 years full-time at TAFE completing the Diploma of Photography course. I achieved TAFE Student of the Year in 2002 (from all students in all subjects) for not only the Sunshine Coast but also the South East corner of Queensland, Australia. However my love for photography started much earlier than that, and having the opportunity to do the full-time course fulfilled a dream for me.
Since then I have worked full time as a Professional Photographer, enjoying the excitement of weddings, the beauty of portrait work and the endless variety of commercial opportunities.
It has been many years since but it is still a thrill for me to achieve that perfect shot, in my spare time I especially enjoy immersing myself in nature, the Sunshine Coast affording many opportunities to enjoy the freshness of the surf or the beauty of the hinterland and the abundance of native flora and fauna just waiting to be captured and shown off in the way only high end professional equipment in the right hands can do justice.
